This Policy sets out how personal data of kozconsult.kz (the “Site”) users is processed and protected.

Personal data controller: KÖZ Consult (individual entrepreneurial activity), Kazakhstan.

2. What data we collect

When you fill out the contact form, we collect: name, contact phone number or Telegram handle, and a brief task description (optional). Data is sent directly to the controller via the Telegram Bot API.

3. Purpose of processing

Data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and provide an initial consultation. We do not use it for advertising mailings and do not share it with third parties, except for the Telegram service through which messages are exchanged.

4. Data storage

Data is stored in the controller’s Telegram chat. Retention period — until the purpose of the inquiry is achieved or upon the data subject’s request.
