KÖZ Consult grew out of entrepreneurs’ practical tasks: open a company, choose a jurisdiction, set up taxes, pass banking compliance, build accounting, prepare documents, and automate processes.
We saw that a business doesn’t lack a separate lawyer, accountant, or developer — it lacks a single team that understands the link between structure, money, operations, and technology.
So KÖZ works as an external business office: it designs the model, supports the launch, and strengthens processes with AI tools and digital products.

Responsible for strategy, the AI direction, and KÖZ digital products. Breaks down business processes, finds automation areas, and designs AI tools, product logic, and implementation scenarios. Works on growth, entering new markets, operational efficiency, and AI transformation of business.
Responsible for the financial, tax, and corporate practice. Helps entrepreneurs and companies choose jurisdictions, open structures, and set up accounting, the tax model, management reporting, and post-launch support. A separate focus is Kazakhstan, Astana Hub, companies with foreign founders, and the financial system of a business.
